01 Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of quantumleapsconcretellc.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by Quantum Leaps Concrete LLC (“Quantum Leaps Concrete,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
02 Our services
Quantum Leaps Concrete provides residential and light-commercial concrete services, including driveways and approaches; foundations, walls, and footings; slabs, sidewalks, and steps; retaining walls; and decorative concrete, primarily in western Wisconsin. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.
03 Estimates & quotes
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available and the conditions observed at the time of the estimate. An estimate is not a binding contract. Concrete projects are typically priced by the square foot, and final pricing may vary based on factors such as actual square footage and thickness, base preparation and excavation, reinforcement, finishing style, site conditions, and add-ons.
A binding agreement is formed only when a written project agreement is signed by both parties. Unless otherwise stated on the estimate, estimates are valid for 30 days.
04 Scheduling & weather
Concrete work is weather-dependent. Scheduling is subject to change based on weather, site readiness, material availability, and other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any schedule changes that affect your project.
05 Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due, will be set out in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept the payment methods identified in your agreement.
06 Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our work with a one (1) year workmanship warranty from the date your project is completed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover:
- Normal curing characteristics of concrete, including hairline cracking and cracking at or near control joints — concrete is expected to develop some cracking over time, which is why control joints are placed to help direct it;
- Damage caused by ground movement, settling, soil conditions, frost heave, tree roots, or other site conditions beyond our control;
- Damage caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, vehicles or loads exceeding the intended use, or de-icing salts and chemicals;
- Acts of nature, including floods, severe weather, or similar events; and
- Work performed or materials supplied by others after our work is complete.
Warranty service requires that the project has been paid in full. If you believe there is a workmanship issue, please contact us promptly so we can take a look.
07 Customer responsibilities
To help your project go smoothly, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area;
- Identify and mark the location of any private underground utilities, sprinkler or irrigation lines, septic systems, or other buried items that are not covered by public utility locating services;
- Obtain any required permits or homeowners’ association approvals, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them; and
- Provide accurate information about the project and the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
